Independently developed a three-year alumni engagement strategy for the School of Clinical Medicine. This strategy included detailed proposals for objectives, themes, events, timelines, and communications. Informed by extensive stakeholder engagement, as well as identification and analysis of over 20,000 data points.

Set forward a new progressive vision for the world-famous Union, as well as focussing on bringing in those who challenged the economic and political status quo. Led a team of over 100 permanent staff and students to plan, organise, and host weekly debates, interviews, and social events. Oversaw a £9 million business and charity, as Trustee of The Cambridge Union Society and Director of Cambridge Union Society Enterprises Limited. Increased external engagement with the Union through interviews with university, student, and local press.

Led the initial phases of a campaign on dental trauma caused by epilepsy, conducting the conceptual case study interview, identifying the current obstacles, and producing policy proposals.
