SMA Outsourcing Operations - Money 2003-2006Manager Business Unit Established and managed the newly formed Separately Managed Account Outsourcing Operations team, which was responsible for all operations and administrative back-office servicing of all managed accounts sold through the newly established Money Manager Business unit.Appointed Director of the newly formed team in November, 2003 and was responsible for the initial hiring of 2 supervisors, 13 account administrators, the installation of a new document management system (OnBase), and the installation of a new portfolio management system.

Established and managed the SEI Middle Office Managed Account Team which was responsible for all operations and administrative back-office servicing of all managed accounts sold through SEI's Advisor, Wealth, and PB&T business units.Managed this operations team during the initial introduction of the managed account product which resulted in a growth of assets under management from $0 to over $3 billion.Managed and supervised 13 operations and service professionals.

Established SEI's new EASe program (Enhanced Advisory Services) and managed the SEI Investment Advisory Unit's Conversion Team which was responsible for successfully transferring end investor cash and securities to SEI under the new program.Provided key sales support to the sales team in promoting the EASe program by visiting SEI clients, installing SEI's AdvisorStation software, and speaking during SEI's Investment Day seminars. Total assets transferred to SEI during this time exceeded $4 billion.Managed and supervised 7 transfer professionals.
