It Track Lead
Implementation lead for SAP ERP, Procure to Pay process, Travel Management, SAP Ariba, Sourcing, Readsoft Director, and Success Factor.-Responsible for SAP solution design and delivery of user requirements, functional and technical specifications. Translate technical ideas and business needs into blueprint design and insure alignment with global template. Manage multiple and competing priorities to meet deliverable timelines.-Accountable to timely delivery of documentation, requirement definition, and requirement approvals. -Effectively lead and manage team of mix matrix (Business, IT, IBM Partners and Cross functional teams) in solution planning, evaluating business needs and constrains, and drawing final conclusions.Lead transition from Ariba ORMS to SAP Ariba Cloud Solution, help to review category strategies for RFI, RFP and Auction events. Trained and shared knowledge with sourcing team, customers and suppliers on scheduled auction events, expectations, and delivery. Helped drive spend and cost savings through e-procurement, catalogs, preferred suppliers, and contract compliance.-Identify key business risks and controls, controls optimization, segregation of duties testing, system risk analysis assessment and develop recommendation for remediation. Accountable for change controls, SOX controls, proper implementation of policies, procedures and controls.-Mentor across teams and share experiences from prior SAP implementations, support developers during the development process for understand design requirements and aide in system/ acceptance testing. Ensure timely communication and proper knowledge transfer between IBM partners and functional team members.-Share expertise through training and communication with business and managed services ensuring knowledge transfer and the desired level of self-sufficiency is achieved. Leverage the appropriate resources with industry knowledge such as SAP experts, IBM partners, Shared Services and colleagues
