Accountable within Network Delivery in Openreach for providing analytical insights, resource dynamics and change deployment in the business unit. The team also hold subject matter expertise in supporting the operational safety plan and governance across Network Delivery. • Central insight team to identify areas for operational improvement and utilise data to drive world class levels of efficiency and service across a +£1bn cost base. • Own the Resourcing plan for Network Delivery and field dynamics team, owning week– 4 to day -1 setup for a 9000+ workflow assumptions and flexing resource across the country to deliver service for our customers.• Holds central accountability for the Network Delivery safety plan and audit, compliance & risk framework within the business unit.• Delivery of the annual change activity across Network Delivery, ensuring return on investment and tactical BI / sprint deployment to realise incremental in year efficiency / service improvements.
