Junior Art Director Duties:After a briefing from our creative director, I work to generate and contribute expressive ideas and designs that improve our client's preexisting unsuccessful brand or advertising campaign. I take a hands-on illustrative approach when generating ideas in their infancy stage. I work with digital programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign as well.I coordinate outsourcing specialists such as artists, photographers, and printers to work on specific projects as needed.I manage projects daily and work within a necessary budget.After necessary review and critique, the creative director and I present the final design to the client.Personal Assistant to the CEO Duties:I often accompany the CEO at various locations to take effective notes at meetings or to provide any assistance during presentations.I screen phone calls, inquiries, and requests and I handle them when appropriate.I also deal with incoming email, often corresponding on behalf of the CEO.I schedule various appointments for myself and the CEO and greet any visitors who are scheduled for appointments at Spin Marketing.I carry out background research on any matter needed regarding clientele, market trends, etc and I present my findings to the CEO or other employees.
