I was responsible for teaching classes for Field Technicians, Operators, and new Production Engineers. These classes included all necessary skills and information required for efficient operation, cost reduction through better service, and consistent run-time. I was also able to assist engineering in testing new products before field implementation, and observe running or damaged equipment for issues requiring failure analysis. Time was spent in the field, with Technicians, to demonstrate better procedures in day-to-day operations. This was done anywhere in the nation where Midcon operates. In addition to Field work, I was also able to assist in repairs at anytime, with phone calls from the field looking for specific information or even troubleshooting tips. A large focus of my curriculum was also on Emissions, and how to achieve mechanical stability while keeping equipment running below required emissions levels.
