This was the only project conducted by our group for an external customer (Temic automotive) Developed the SCADA test and supervisory software for this system in Visual Basic. Conceptualization and development of systems and software for an automated flash tube tester (90ns/1000V/100A), Borland C++.Developed pressure sensor temperature and pressure based test systems.Worked on 300 channel (100 device) DSP based infrared sensor tester which was required to be developed from scratch due to space and cost constraints. Supported transfer of testers from West Germany to Singapore, Singapore to Indonesia, and US West Coast to Singapore. Built and support R&D testers for Accelerometer devices. Both shaker and flip based. Designed and implemented firmware for a 32 channel prototype PCR system Developed controls for 50 axis photo aligner system as part of a special team deployed globally on severe time and budget constraints. Received a company commendation for this work.Developed object oriented libraries for automation control for internal use.
