Was responsible for communications with truck drivers and customers regarding deliveries. Organizing routes and problem-solving issues including damaged merchandise, delays in delivery as well as complaints.

Was responsible for handling incoming disputes, chargebacks and fraud claims from multiple credit card companies. Researched customer's purchase history and would document as a means of resolving the chargeback. Created daily logs keeping track of progress. During the Pandemic created and implemented SOP for how to handle the department off-site.

Responsible for entering in all hand-written orders into main database. Contacted all customers to welcome them to the company and assisted them with over the phone installations and troubleshooting. Coordinated installations with third party contractors. Answered incoming calls.
