Here I taught 17 pupils, aged between 12 and 18. They were all very musically able, and in many cases really passionate about music, and ranged from Grade 3 to Grade 8 in standard. The recently built Performing Arts Centre was home to a vibrant musical life which I was glad to be a part of. All pupils hold music scholarships, and can therefore receive their tuition for free.

In this role I teach piano to children aged 12-18. My pupils encompass the full range of ability up to ABRSM diploma level.Until December 2013, I also taught in the Junior School at Royal Russell, where my pupils were aged 6 - 11. I successfully saw them through the earliest stages of piano playing up to their successfully attaining their ABRSM Grade I.

Duties involve accompanying the pupils at the school, usually at End of Term Services, and also when they participate in singing or choir competitions around London.

At Trinity, I worked within the music faculty with the students and various staff members. I curated performances, coached students (mainly piano, but on occasion string players too), and participated in various chamber music projects such as one involving the other Richard Carne Junior Fellows, the Benyounes Quartet.I was also able to receive mentorship, and did so predominantly with the pianist, composer and improviser Douglas Finch.

I filled in for six months, and remain on their books as a deputy teacher. This was a hugely enjoyable position at an impressively well organised school.

Awarded the coveted Artist Diploma in July 2011 with a pass of 92%.Awarded the MMus with Distinction in November 2010 after pursuing the Intensive MMus (13 consecutive months) with Andrew Ball.Awarded a First Class BMus (Hons) in July 2009 following four years study with Andrew Ball.Currently studying with Andrew Ball on the Artist Diploma course for aspiring soloists: studies to conclude in July 2011.

I studied piano at the RCM from 2005-9 (BMus (Hons)), 2009-10 (MMus) and 2010-11 (Artist Diploma), all under Andrew Ball.
