My journey began at McDonald's, starting from the ground up as a lobby cleaner then expanded my horizons transitioning to a full-service restaurant as busser/barista. Through dedication and a commitment to improve myself, I've ascended to the role of managing a successful seafood restaurant in the heart of Baltimore, Maryland.In addition to my robust hospitality background, I'm actively pursuing classes in desktop support to broaden my skill set in technology. This dual focus allows me to blend operational proficiency with technical expertise, ensuring efficient restaurant management and exceptional customer service.
