I am a bartender at a location with 100 beers on tap and 100 bottled beers. I have expanded my beer knowledge beyond my own expectations. I provide consistent and repeat business with guests and a teamwork oriented environment with my co-workers. I have recently been elected to become a trainer for new team members which is an honor considering the location of the restaurant has only been in operation since the second week of November 2014.

In this position I dressed in plain clothes and patrolled the aisles of several Publix grocery stores in an attempt to identify and safely apprehend shoplifters. Safety and certainty played a large role in the act of apprehensions. However, I did not feel that the job fit my skills.

I started as a cashier managing a cash register. I then transfered to the Heart of House as a cook for several years. When I turned 21 I became a bartender. Throughout my ten years with the company I helped open a new store and spent a brief time as a shift leader. In 2010 I moved to Charleston where I transfered to a franchise location for two years. I was able to provide service beyond guest expectations and ensured repeat business.
