In addition, I am heavily involved with commercial landlord tenant law from leasing to evictions.I have more than 25 years of experience counseling clients across a broad-range of legal issues from commercial disputes to employee theft and loss. I advise, defend and represent individuals and corporations under investigation by federal and state regulatory agencies and have taught criminal law and criminal procedure for both the University of Maryland and Central Texas College. I have successfully represented criminal defendants all over the world in matters ranging from murder, espionage and bank robbery to traffic violations.I regularly teach landlord tenant law to other lawyers at seminars and am widely recognized for my skills in handling complex commercial eviction actions and have been involved in some of the most high profile cases in Hamilton County in the last decade. Much of what I do in this area does not make headlines as I am often able to successfully negotiate a resolution between the landlord and tenant preventing litigation.
