-Worked as a liaison between participants and vendors regarding distributions, loans, and enrollments-Submitted 401k contributions for over 1,000 employees weekly to a variety of retirement vendors-Worked with websites such as Principal, Nationwide, Vestwell, Vanguard, American Funds, and Transamerica to submit contributions in a timely manner-Cut checks to 401k vendors for employee and employer contributions weekly using transmittal forms-Reconciled master benefit bills (Dental/Vision/ Health) with more than 3,000 employees enrolled monthly

• Reconcile and audit benefit invoices for more than 160 clients monthly• Verify employee deductions are set up properly for health, dental, vision and supplemental benefit policies• Retrieve and input sensitive employee information into Prism HR system such as social security numbers, pay, etc. • Create benefit pay adjustments for terminated employees and those on FMLA leave with varying pay schedules• Responds to benefits inquiries from managers and employees on plan provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes and other general inquiries• Administer benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-termdisability, and 401(k) plan
