Early career Food and Beverage working with product development on national startups, in High Performance Work Systems, TPM using skill block progressions. These roles required a leadership, technical, quality and operational excellence with qualification components. Later transferred to the Atlanta Sundor Brands site to set up and operate the machine/ maintenance shop. Accepted a shift line leader role for the startup of the large line bottling operation, I lead the team in production, quality, equipment operation and maintenance. In 2004 moved to P&G Alexandria site in Louisiana where I worked with the startup team on the automated storage and retrieval P&G system, leading to a E&I tech role helping maintain the same ASRS. Most recent role prior to retirement was Department safety leader insuring OHSA compliance and meeting Coporate guidelines measured through TIR , compliance training
