In my career, whether it was as staff nurse or in healthcare management, I have strived to improve healthcare. I have used my career to help healthcare be a more fiscally efficient, evidence based, end to end system that delivers a patient centered experience with more favorable treatment outcomes. I have been in healthcare over 20 years and have seen the gaps and opportunities for positive change in our healthcare system in the United States. We can and will do better.
