Collaborates with and coordinates direction of Workforce Development product evolution and product acquisitions with Product Leadership, Development, Marketing, Sales, Site Operations, Content Operations, Success Management, Support, and Onboarding. Works effectively with internal teams, project team members, stakeholders, and project sponsors to identify project/process requirementsCreates project plans to achieve schedule, quality, and performance baselines by defining assigned project tasks, identifying risks and delegating responsibilities.Tailors processes to meet project objectives and product requirements. Proactively suggests alternatives, questions assumptions, and ensures clarity.Recommends solutions that present a positive, customer-focused, solutions-oriented approach.Supports department standards and policies and assists in the revision of existing protocols and the creation of new protocols.Works with Product/Development Leadership to understand their strategic direction, capabilities and strategy for product rollouts as well as understands commitments, priorities, and delivery expectations.Leverages technical experience to communicate product needs to development teams; questions/challenges development and QA resources to facilitate constructive brainstorming and solution design.Builds strong business relationships across functional teams involved in releasing or supporting Workforce Development solutions and ensures smooth transitions of new products and features into production.Translates technical concepts into language easily understood by both technical and non-technical stakeholdersDevelops custom reports and dashboards for department leaders, to include key performance indicatorsEffectively communicates with the department regarding changes/updates for new product releases.Assists with training Onboarding Managers regarding onboarding processes.
