My most current project duties include:• Technical Lead on project to integrate two Manhattan Associates software products, the existing legacy which is ran on an iSeries platform and a new one that is open systems with a Linux (SUSE), WAS, DB2 UDB architecture. As well as upgrading the third party legacy software product prior to the integration portion of the project. (+$2 Million project budget with a +$30 Million projected ROI)• Some notable tools/resources used: Putty, DB2 Connect, ANT, IBM Rational (ClearCase and ClearQuest), SFTPMy second most recent project duties included:• Technical Lead on project to centralize inbound data from multiple WMS (Warehouse Management System) and a procurement system to an ODS (Operational Data Store) and format for outbound interfaces to the EDI systems. We utilized DDM and ETL (Informatica and Infosphere) interfacing tools. (+$900K project budget. Project completed on time and under budget)My third most recent project duties included:• Technical Lead on project to integrate a recently acquire pharmaceutical distributor in Puerto Rico. We integrated their WMS with our enterprise Replenishment, Financials, and core databases. I directly integrated eight interfaces including POs, receipts, ASNs, Sales, Inventory Positions, Availability Alerts, and SOQs. We utilized ETL, Message Broker, Cyclone, and IRMS interfacing tools. (+$2.5 Million project budget)

Overall my leadership duties include:• Supervising programmer/analysts and business systems analysts.• Interview, hire, on-board, off-board and supervise consulting resources.• Assign tasks to personnel resources, mainly programmer analysts and business analysts, and review their progress.• I have a major role in all phases of Cardinal’s SDLC which is a Plan, Build, Run model such as concept, high level requirements, detail requirements, design, develop, test, deployment and post deployment. • Provide ROMs (Rough Order Magnitude) estimates for project resource requirements.• Facilitate user testing, user acceptance testing, integration testing, system testing, regression testing, smoke testing and beta testing. • Triage testing issues/defects that are logged and assign to personnel resources for resolution. • Develop software requirements specifications, create technical requirements, create high and low level designs, facilitate detailed business requirements with business users, write multi-level test scripts, meet project deadlines and provide work hour estimations.• Document traceability matrix linking test cases/scripts to corresponding detail requirements.• Facilitate software upgrades between software vendor Manhattan, IT staff, and users.• Create and/or review Gap Analysis and facilitate actions required to resolve found gaps.• Review, modify, and approve vendors’ SOW (Statement of Work).• Review vendors’ SDNs (Software Delivery Notices) and delegate tasks that derive from it.• Work with infrastructure team members to help build and troubleshoot solutions such as network, LDAP, Active Directory, service profiles, hardware builds, scheduled maintenance.• Perform prototyping during at Concept phase of the project to ensure a better customer experience.• Facilitate and collaborate with QA and QC teams to utilize their abilities for my projects.•Create /approve ITG (IT Governance) requests for change control.

Overall my technical duties included:• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the pharmaceutical distribution Replenishment and Forecasting system third party software by Manhattan Associates• Review, analyze, and modify interfaces to Cardinal’s other business systems.• Provide consultation to owners of interfacing systems regarding affect changes might have on multi-system dependencies. • Develop software requirements specs, create tech requirements, create non-functional requirements, create high and low level designs, facilitate detailed business requirements, code reviews, facilitate test cases and scripts, create deployment plans, facilitate and plan code migration, update documentation, and lead knowledge transition to Run team.• Review / approve CADs (Conceptual Architecture Design).• Set up project SharePoint intranet sites to utilize as a change management document hub, calendar, and work flow.• Create a Disaster Recovery Plan for the entire Replenishment system.• Validating solution enhancements adhere to client and system SLAs (Service Level Agreements).• Defining, reviewing, and approving WBS (Work Breakdown Structures)
