Excellent communication and computer skills. Will have a client base given to him/her to start prospecting. Daily reports and follow up required on potential customers that will be monitored through a computer follow up contact management system. Must assist customer in the building needs and basic knowledge of the building and/or construction process is a plus or willing to learn. Past sales experience very important must also be willing to learn and grow with a company and be active in our community representing All American Dream Homes

Load and unload castings· Perform rework as necessary· Performs inspections on his/her machine work, using gauges· Performs data entry into inspection system· Material handling functions, packaging of product and occasional forklift operation· Will be required to recertify on specific operations annually to maintain this machining role or be considered for promotion· At inspection, insures that all design features, dimensions, tolerances and allowances conform to functional and manufacturing requirements· Reports all dimensional and design attributes that don’t meet specification to toolers· Understanding of Machine Operating Procedures· Able to work a 3 day 4 day work week – Continuous Schedule· Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Experience in concrete finishing, concrete sawing, road work and flagging.
