Profile bio

About Christopher Hardcastle

I formerly served in the United States Marine Corps as an Aircraft Electrical Systems Technician for KC-130’s and held a secondary role as a Marksmanship Coach training, coordinating, and supervising Marines in all areas related to the service rifle and service pistol.Having recently gained Australian citizenship and rounded out my leadership skills in 4- and 5-star hotels and other high-turnover venues I would like to redevelop my skills and pursue a career in Logistics. I value continuous learning on the job which speaks to my curiosity and genuine appetite to accrue as much knowledge as possible, as such I am currently studying a double diploma in Logistics + Leadership and Management to bring up my formal skills to my work experience. I am keenly interested in rerouting my career back to logistics as I find that I am better suited to that role as I now have a young family that does not agree with me being a Chef

Listed skills include Menu Development, Catering, Food, Chef, and 11 others.
