Responsible for all PO’s, obtaining necessary materials, reserving rental equipment, periodical subouts to multiple other trades due to time restraints/budget implements. Placement & scheduling of all employees and delegating projects. Meeting with owners, reps, inspectors, various onsite trades, PM’s & GC’s for weekly progress reports, accommodations, change orders, acquiring necessary permits.
