I am currently the General Manager and IT Manager at Vetco Electronics. I am also part owner of the business. I also have about 12 other job titles here.I routinely run the entire store from top to bottom. Manage all employees while integrating directives from the business owner. Covers everything from handling customer satisfaction all the way to information security and IT for the business. Manage and lead in house programmer.

At this business (subsidiary of Blank Law & Tech) I was an IT consultant. I assisted customers with email, email filters, Active Directory configuration, database management, data migrations, support phone calls. Including direct upstream support communication with vendors like Google, Microsoft, Proofpoint, McAfee and so on. During this time I also assisted in several digital forensics discovery projects.

Started out as retail associate, and manager in training. During this time, the store manager received an on the job injury and I was promoted to General Manager of this location. This included opening and closing the store. Being a key carrier. Doing register management, bank deposits, ordering, inventory, employee scheduling, managing sales and much more.

This roll had increased responsibility. Had to load, unload, schedule trucks, manage incoming inventory, check-in incoming inventory, allocate and manage warehouse space while planning for incoming interstate trailer load deliveries. As well as cover other departments, such as lumber (running radial arm saw, panel saw, etc, plumbing, electrical, garden, registers, paint department. This involved being a key carrier and staying past opening and closings of the store, routinely. I also developed several computer based display technologies for use in employee areas during this time. Additionally, during this time, the store routinely lacked a night operations manager and receiving also lacked a day operations manager. So I had to navigate all the challenges of this job role, while still missing much of the assistance that was supposed to be provided.

Originally started out as a lot attendant. Then transitioned into working in receiving and shipping.

Did IT contract work. Including computer hardware acquisition.
