Area Supervisor of Training and Administration for Park Services, Event Operations, and Associate Transportation. In this role, I held a pivotal position leading the creation and execution of a training and development program for new associates. I managed a small team overseeing administration, training, and development programs within the departments. I monitored associate attendance, hosted associate engagement events, developed the training program, hired and trained new trainers, and supervised the front desk reception. During my time with the park, I was trained in using two programs for training and scheduling, Dayforce and UKG/Kronos. Utilized Microsoft Office and Canva to create promotional advertisements and flyers for associate engagement and development events.

I worked directly with Cedar Point’s Human Resource Department in an effort to recruit new associates on my university’s campus.

As an intern, I managed a team of 20-30 associates, overseeing park-wide cleanliness. I supervised waste management, restroom maintenance, and midways on a daily basis. During the internship, I identified a problem, designed, and completed a long-term project that resulted in significant operational improvements within the Park Services department. I worked directly with upper-level supervisors, assisting in scheduling and team development.

As a crew member, I provided excellent customer service, ensuring every guest’s order was accurate and served promptly. Additionally, I collaborated with fellow team members to successfully operate the kitchen, drive-through, and front counter smoothly during peak hours, minimizing customer waiting times.
