I pride myself on being a hard working, enthusiastic individual who always strives to achieve a very high standard in all aspects of my work. I am known to be an experienced team player; I'm a strong believer of the benefits to be gained by cooperating with colleagues to complete work within set timescales and to a high standard, while also being capable of meeting deadlines individually working on my own with minimum supervision. My aim is to maintain and exceed client expectations by working accurately and adapting quickly to changing priorities and workloads. I have extensive experience and understanding of maintaining vehicles both in commercial, passenger, private or public and military environment and am no stranger to performing the managerial tasks required, having been an integral part of management teams within the military setting gaining the experience I hope to bring with me into this next step of my career. I remain patient and calm under pressure and have the ability to diffuse tense situations with ease. I am able to use my communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with people respectfully at all levels. With that being said I am always looking to utilize and enhance my existing skills and experience further.
