Overseeing and ensuring the success of European suppliers for Multimillion Euro large scale engineering contracts (Oil, Gas & infrastructure - Railways, bridges, tunnels etc.) based around the world (China, Europe, Korea, Turkey, UAE, Vietnam etc...) Simultaneous coordination of multiple international multimillion dollar engineering projects in the Americas, Asia, Arabia & Europe (KNPC / Wasit / PIEM / Fort Hills / Storström / Esmeraldas etc.): Monitoring & action upon:o RFQ’s & received bids.o Deliverables & associated documentation.o Compliance with the project’s technical guidelines & legal requirements.o Customer’s & supplier’s relationship management, including conflict resolution. Direct customer contact & negotiations in meetings throughout Europe including:o Analysing suppliers manufacturing processes to improving manufacturing schedule.o Negotiating change order requests & amended sale order agreements.o Liquidated Damages (Penalty claims). Research, risk assessment, evaluation & off-site surveys of new technologies and suppliers to strengthen European supply networks & establish new Supply chains in Eastern Europe. Cross department support including translation & proofreading of official letters & documentation.Required a resolute firm attitude, an ability to quickly learn complex engineering processes and designs, advanced negotiating skills, advanced organization skills, and a willingness to frequently travel abroad.

Ensure that five surgical wards always have sufficient and appropriate supply of all surgical and medical equipment (over 500 lines).
