Started my career as an apprentice in the maritime industry. I made a major career change and felt a calling to serve in the military as an Infantry officer. Spent five years as an infantry leader, gained technical expertise through several Army schools, pursued my Masters Degree in the Education sector and spent over a year teaching in higher education at a major university. I have experience with management and streamlining of people and systems, leadership, teaching and development, as well as experience in the maritime industry. I currently hold an unlimited tonnage Merchant Mariner Credential and a Bachelor of Science in Maritime Logistics and Transportation.
