I currently work as a User Interface/User Experience designer for the Multi Channel Center of Excellence at Aetna/CVS. I designed the new interface for the BenefitExpress application for its redesign in 2008 and a second redesign in 2013. I create new sections for the application which is used for broker case management and quoting. I design interfaces for new applications that are components of BenefitExpress and work with developers as they code the components to ensure design integrity and consistency. I created the standards for the interfaces which the developers are required to code towards. In addition, I also work with other departments for their applications such as DirectProvider.com, Workers' Comp Client Reporting, and My Online Services to assist with new styles, interfaces, and standards. I work with business requestors, business analysts, project managers, architects, and developers on projects and enhancements. I work in the entire UI creation process from creating wireframes and prototypes to mockups to functional demos in HTML.
