- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to our customers- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships- Produce monthly KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) to present to the customers to show our carriers delivery performance judged on difference criteria.- Work on continuous improvement to benefit our customers and carriers.- Work on generic growth with our current customer base for different lanes of work.

The role was in the National head office as the Account Manager – NationalMy duties were:- To unsure that our top national customers were looked after in every aspect of their logistics needs that SCT preformed for them.- Produce monthly KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) to present to the customers to show our delivery performance judged on difference criteria.- Work on continuous improvement to benefit both SCT and our customers.- Work on generic growth with our current customer base for different lanes of work.- Help engage and implement the South – North (Melbourne – Brisbane) rail business for SCT.

The role was in the Perth operations as the Big W freight Coordinator. The role entailed ensuring all Big W (Woolworths) freight travelled from the major Distribution Centre in South Australia to the Big W stores in Western Australia using multi modal transport.• Coordinating trucks and trailers coming into and out of the warehouse facility, • Ensuring that we had the right number of staff to for fill all the tasks day to day.• Managing staff day to day (average 8 people)• Keep the warehouse safe and clean environment. • Back loading of freight to South Australia and Victoria• P&L month to month.

The role was in the Melbourne operations as Load Planner. • Ensure that all freight that arriving into the depot was entered into the tracking system • Ensure pallets were labeled for on forwarding.• Load plan all freight and equipment in order of delivery date, delivery state, weight, cubic, and equipment availability.• Reporting back to the head of the department the P&L for each week.
