A little bit about myself. I have been working in high end high accuracy surfacing for over 20 years. Most of this in the sport surfacing world constructing sports surfaces all over the UK. 95% of this was spent with ETC sports surfacing we’re I started as a labourer and worked my way up the old Fashion way through hard work from a labourer to one of the main contractors and project managers. Even when I reached this point I was on site everyday grafting as hard as anyone on site. Being a hands on manager for me not only gets you the respect of the team but if the company you a representing also. I have now taken these skills into the resin world working for a fantastic company Ace resin who have welcomed me with open arms and it already feels like I’ve been here much longer than I have. I take massive pride in my hands on approach. Even being the contracts manger I spend at least half of my time on site with the guys mucking in and working as hard as I expect everyone to work. I find this sets a president of what we expect here at Ace Resin. Everybody mucks in when needed from the newest member of the team all the way upTo the director who still mucks in the the team members on site. This keeps every member of the team up to date with how thing are going through every aspect of the company. I look forward to seeing what the future brings.
