Triangle Ten Planning Services is a company established in 2011. Its vision is to provide high-quality guidance and advice to members of the public and private companies to facilitate appropriate and sustainable development. As Director I have many years of experience working within the town planning, with a particular emphasis on London. An important aspect of this service is that the experience has been obtained working within local planning departments, so providing a real insight into how they work and how they reach their decisions. This also extends to the approach of the Planning Inspectorate and their decision making. The service offered is different to many other building professionals because of its direct relationship with the planning system and knowledge of the approach of the decision makers. As director I am a qualified town planner and a corporate member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) which is the organisation which regulates town planners in the UK. As such I am governed by their strict code of professional conduct.Specialties: Negotiation with local planning authorities, submitting planning appeals to the Planning Inspectorate, advising on proposed developments, submitting planning applications.
