Current• Proactively monitor/troubleshoot interstate justice and public safety networks • Support client onboarding/connectivity, equipment installation/troubleshooting/decommission, cloud solutions, network/application troubleshooting, message tracing, and change/project management• Support employees with onboarding, training, desktop support, VPN/Remote connectivity• Operational support including semimonthly network cutover, data center management (CRAC and battery/generator backup), network/physical security, content management/documentation
