Christopher is an experienced property professional with over 10 years experience in the property industry.. Christopher commenced employment as a Property Manager with CBRE Sunshine Coast in October 2013 after completing several years working in the Brisbane commercial and industrial markets. During this time, Christopher managed several large format retail centres and commercial buildings located from the inner Sunshine Coast market to North Bundaberg reporting to institutional clients such as Australian Unity and Abacus Property Group, as well as a number of private clients. In December 2015, Christopher was appointed to manage 13 A-grade commercial buildings located within Brisbane Technology Park (BTP) for Industria REIT (an APN Property Group Fund). In line with this appointment, Christopher was promoted to Senior Property Manager and required to undertake additional staff management roles as well as ongoing portfolio management of BTP.Following a further promotion in February 2019, Christopher became the Senior Industrial Portfolio Manager, working alongside various business lines to present a unique service offering to CBRE's current and new clients alike.Christopher has increased the CBRE industrial property management footprint by 3,661% (at August 2020) which translates to over half a million dollars increased revenue annually, maintaining a strong pipeline throughout this term. Most recently, Chris has was appointed as a Director of Barber Property Group, a diversified Brisbane based real estate services company with unparalleled vision and expertise in the industryChristopher’s greatest achievement throughout this career has been to implement a change in the tenant’s and investors perception of the physical property and market sector. This is helping to translate into the product being more attractive to the market and therefore easier to lease in a difficult market – a tangible difference for his client.
