Presenting the financial results (Topline to EBITDA) to Management, as well as to all employees in the town halls• Coordinating the annual operating budget planning with each head of departments, as well as, the sales and costs quarterly forecast with detailed plans by business unit and manufacturing sites. •Cross analyzing manufacturing costs invoiced by multiple production sites (including transfer price)• Monthly closing activities (including postings of accruals and value flow related postings) in all functional areas of the income statement according to IFRS and local requirements, especially regarding expenses maintenance in the SAP FI-CO systemICS• Accountable for fulfilling requirements out of Group regulations for ICS Management incl. challenging headquarter in terms of ICS scope, processes and controls• Responsible for permanent review of ICS processes/controls (incl. inventories) regarding possible improvements, e.g. design and operating effectiveness, as well as efficiency of controls• Coordination with Global ICS Team and supervision of external and internal audits Show less
