My desire and passion is the fuel that drives Fit For Life Youth, my mantra of "be the best version of yourself" has shaped the philosophy for the good work that is done with young people; who I try to inspire to achieve greater health and wellbeing through Fit for Life Youth programs. I have dedicated myself to working with the Kensington and Chelsea Borough youth for over 15 years in many different capacities, from sports coach to mentor to play leader. Over my career I have amassed various qualifications in football, boxing, fitness training and Play Work to accompany my BA Honors degree in Sports Management as well as invaluable experience working within schools and community organisations in W10. To pursue my greater vision to create a nationally replicable model for change I founded Fit for Life Youth as a not for profit Community Interest Company (CIC) organisation in 2019. My altruistic approach to the community importance of inclusive youth fitness and positivity and entrepreneurial spirit culminated in winning the Kensington and Chelsea Award for Best Business Start-up 2019.
