SKILL DEVELOPMENT/ MENTORING/ COACHING EXPERIENCE:Lead Skills Coach for Innovative SportsSkill Development Partnered with NBA Houston based trainer, Chris Johnson who is Jimmy Butler's Head Skills Coach to enhance NBA talent. Most of my personal workout training and development sessions have been for, or in conjunction with Chris Johnson as follows: Toure Murry, Cartie Martin, D.J. Augustin, Jimmy Butler, Aubrey Coleman, Mike James, Tony Snell Rashad Vaughn and potential draftees. As I play a pivotalroll in there involving as a player, the end goal is to not only take them to a place they can't take themselves on the basketball court but also to enhance there Basketball IQ, Skill habits and Mental Toughness. This process is strategically mapped out through film studies of the particular individual that is being trained. Mentoring As a recent former player I have a great understanding of the environment that the NBA/ NBADL promotes, therefore I recognize how to uphold the culture of the origination and well-being of the players. The importance of being a professional on and off the court is parallel to success.

Responsible for day to day on court skill workouts for Guangdong Southern Tigers CBA clubProvide high level skill workouts to maintain and progress on court basketball skills for during the season and after the season. Duties include areas of basketball development on and off the court.

Basketball Operations/ Player Development Coordinator • Conduct player development reports and regiments which included game planning individual skill considered workouts, mentoring the workout and reports to the front office• Responsible for scouting reports for game preparation, including walk through, personal and film• Evaluating NBA and NBADL player prospects collaborating with Rockets and Vipers front office • Recruited potential player and evaluate players within the local tryouts, also attending Rockets mini camps • Prepare film with sports code, fast draw and fast scout for team preparation • Liaison between player, coaches and front office, which includes: housing, insurance, food preparation, league responses and team travel logistics for home games • Conduct scouting and reports for the Houston Rockets for potential draft prospects Coaching Experience • Responsible for scouting reports for game preparation, including walk through, personal and film for each game as part of the Houston Rockets NBADL affiliate RGV Vipers coaching staff.• Assemble game time adjustment with coaching staff and players • Help teach and implement offensive and defensive systems, player personnel, scouting reports, player development, game time decisions, terminology, film session knowledge, ect… • Playing in 3 systems with 3 different head coaches, 2 of them with NBA coaching back grounds (Bulls Head Asst. Coach Jim Boylen, former Bucks Head Coach Larry Krystkowiak) has giving me an enormous prospective on game plaining.
