Worked closely with architects to evolve their vision into a Signature Tension Fabric Structure that is structurally sound and cost effective.• Sales Engineering coordination between Project management, Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing and Construction to successfully transfer sold opportunities from the sales department to operations.• Technical liaison to Birdair’s customers, architects and vendors in pursuit of new business and • evolution of the conceptual design.• Hands on approach to meeting with customers. Designs are unique to each customer, therefore,  new structures require a special, tailored, value engineered approach to the process to determine feasibility and constructability of the design concept.• Execute Pre-Construction Services for the customer. Develop a feasible design and conceptual representation of the project. • Perform structural analysis of fabric roof membranes per applicable building codes using large deflection finite element method to develop the most cost effective design, material sizes and foundation loadings.• Conduct cost analysis and material estimates, engineering feasibility studies and conceptual design development in support of sales, marketing and estimating.• Detail oriented, organized and poses the ability to work independently or with others, work efficiently and pro-active.• Delivery of sales presentations and proposals to prospective customers.• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Project Engineer• Responsible for design development, fabrication and testing of microwave transparent composite Radomes for military applications.• Test Director for nuclear simulation qualification testing on composite radomes. Includes writing test procedures, final test reports and coordinating site construction. Senior Structural Engineer• Performed classical and finite element static and dynamic analysis of electro-mechanical communication antennas and composite radomes for wind, shock, nuclear transient and vibration loads utilizing various finite element codes.
