Set tasks for crew by priority, for rig maintenance anddaily routine maintenance on pits, pumps motors, generators, electrical motors and lines for rig. Observe allflow lines for leaks and repair if needed. Troubleshoot issues with electrical lines and generators. Hydraulichoses fittings to ensure they can handle the pressure, ensure hydraulic pumps are working properly with noleaks and pumping proper pressures for the task. Fluid pumps are working and no leaks, pump pressure iscorrect, swabs are in good condition. Operation of the drilling equipment was my task including: drilling rigoperation for downhole pipe and fluid motors, pipe removal and placement in the hole, draw works: drill lineis good and no wear, shives in good working order and properly greased, top drive(hydraulic swivel motor):no leaks on hydraulic hoses, motor is running properly, sounds good and not leaking oil. Makes sure pumprate and pressure are correct. On rig move days I was charged with making sure all rig equipment was loadedout onto trucks safely, also ensured that the old location was left clean.
