My name is Christopher (Topher) Horst and I am 21 years old. I am a student at Thomas Jefferson University with a major in Architecture. I love design and partake in clubs and activities pertaining to architecture. Apart from design, I have a strong passion for sports of many kinds and would love to spend my future traveling and exploring the globe.Regarding my high school and early life experience, I have played numerous sports throughout my life. Football and soccer taking part in most of my life where I was a captain up until my joining of Parkland High School's boys team. Throughout high school I continued to play sports and participated actively in any design or engineering courses as I could including Builders Club, a club surrounding programs such as Inventor to allow students to 3D print objects. I took classes diving heavily into programs such as Inventor and Autocad as early as 7th grade. I was given brief experience with Autodesk Revit my junior and senior year as I took a civil engineering and architecture course. I joined Thomas Jefferson University after hearing about the school and it's architecture program through my high school were I took part in Jefferson's design competition. While unfortunately my team's design did not place, the learning experience I gained was invaluable and the experience confirmed my passion and desire to become an architect. Apart from design, I helped formed an eSports club at my high school that continues to this day. I also formed a separate eSports club titled "Valley eSports" that played competitively for the Indy Gaming League. This club is one of my proudest achievements as I was extremely happy to form a welcoming community for many different people.Throughout high school, I collected many of my personal projects on my YouTube page, THDesigns. On this account you can find many renderings of my personal projects, many of these helping form my skill set of rendering.
