As a Lieutenant tasked with the management of all Tier One Programs to include schools (Private & Charter), hotels, residential (apartments), commercial and entertainment districts contracts. I oversee the application of security assessments for contracted Schools and Universities within areas of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex that we are contracted too. I work with Superintendents, Principals, School Board members, property managers along with coordinating with local law enforcement agencies (local, state, federal), and our senior partners and stakeholders in order to provide timely, efficient, and effective security services and reports, meeting the goals and standards for the safety of all of the contracts we provide services for. I currently oversee 11 contracts that total comprise of 70 different project locations in Dallas, Fort-Worth area.

I maintain accountability of all assets belonging to Metro AA, respond to medical emergencies and assist with vehicle accidents on property and when necessary assist in removal of unwanted persons. Maintain a CCTV system and radios. I have also developed the plans for sheltering in place for severe weather and the evacuation plans for afterwards. I have also drawn up the fire evacuation plans and what to do in the event of an active shooter scenario. I do our monthly and weekly checks to make sure we are in compliance with OSHA standards and make sure that safe procedures are being conducted for day to day operations. I maintain all employee training logs for all MAA employees and take personnel to the care now facilities for injuries not requiring a EMS response.
