Supervise the repair, modernization, and overhaul of US Navy warships (DDG, CG, LCS class). Responsibility to deliver on time and within budget the completion of ship repairs and alterations in accordance with NAVSEA/Government standards. Working with trade Supervisor and Foreman specialists, Subcontractors, SWRMC SBS’s and PM’s.With the ability to mitigate/coordinate best course of actions to get the project to the finish line on time.Coordinate and lead meetings to identify issues, set forth schedules to combine and overlap work items that affects overall completion in specific areas that are critical/controlling work.Serve as the first level of authority to plan, align, and execute projects safely and on time.
