I’m a driven, self motivated healthcare professional. I started in the Aerospace industry through a very thorough Modern Apprenticeship and as such greatly endorse this method of joining the dynamic industries I have worked in as a way of equipping ourselves with applied skills, a diverse knowledge of the role we play and an ingrained work ethic. Over 17 years I focused on the Business Aviation sector and after a career change now proudly find myself as a senior leader within the NHS for North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust. This is underpinned by my knowledge of complex engineering which evolved into aerospace leadership. I thrive on working with and meeting good people and firmly believe that having dedicated, ethical and hard working colleagues and employees, we can prosper and achieve great things together.
