Aviation Training and Garrison Management

Directing the Army National Guard's Enlisted Personnel/Human Resource Policy effort on behalf of NGB and the 54 States and Territories. Write personnel policy in collaboration with Congress, the Department of Defense, Department of the Army, National Guard Bureau, and our stakeholders in the States.Evaluate and adjudicate requests for waiver and exceptions to policy.

Direct the career management of 600 officers in the Operations, Training, Force Management, and Aviation career fields.Specialized in life-cycle management and talent acquisition.

Executive Officer: Directed and synchronized staff operations for the Army National Guard's Aviation and Safety Division.
