Earned a designation of an onsite consultant responsible for server maintenance specifically for K-12 environments. Gained strong knowledge in resolving privacy concerns in multi-user K-12 environments. Specialized in server configuration, repair, workstation security and desktop deployment within various school districts. Maintained firewalls to allow remote access to the network for more than 100 faculty and staff daily. Assisted in designing security policies, firewall policies and ACLs to protect against threats, whether internal or external to the environment.
