- Receive and process client order requests via phone, web, e-mail
- Verify, update, and maintain customer authorization forms
- Generate work orders and post paperwork accordingly
- Perform imaging tasks- document prep, scanning, indexing, quality control, job creation, and job statistics
- Review, file, and maintain documents that track client activity/metrics
- Perform heavy data entry and other duties related to new client onboarding
