Designed, developed and coded in C# monitoring tool software for the tactical and VIP systems Network Operations Center (NOC), which provided real-time visual and audible alerts when there was an anomaly to a portion of the network. The Enterprise Lab Lead for the Information Technology Agency (ITA) Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO), consolidating 15 disparate labs and groups of stakeholders into one Enterprise Lab datacenter.• Led the effort to meeting with all of the Lab managers and stakeholders to capture requirements, then led weekly stakeholder meetings, to ensure continuity in lab support and understanding.
