Working as an R&D full stack developer, predominantly on the Salesforce Platform, for the past 5 years while the company has experienced record growth. Successful software development is about so much more than just writing code; to get a great product across the finish line requires getting buy in from stake holders, clear communication, helping the rest of the team to grow, improving your processes, and doing it all on time.Achievements:● Architected, designed, and developed C# (.NET) software solutions enabling seamless integrations between our company’s system and major multinational partners (Intel, Merck, Rohm And Haas, Dupont), leading the project lifecycles from requirement gathering to user acceptance testing. ● Reconstructed flagship software suite into a single cloud-based program on Salesforce platform. Doing so replaced four different legacy programs into one into one streamlined, simple source for customer ordering. Written in JavaScript (Lightning Platform) for the front-end and Java (Apex framework) for the backend.● Automated chemical reporting standards for federal and state regulation bodies. This involved querying a chemical database through an ODATA connection to a Lightning Platform program that would display chemical information (such as threshold levels). This allowed updates and additions to the chemical database via ODATA as well.● Planned and developed real-time analytical dashboards via Tableau CRM. These replaced powerpoint presentations that were manually crafted on a daily/weekly/monthly schedule thereby freeing up employee resources.● Perform code reviews and mentorship to junior developers and interns. Typically meet with individuals twice a week to answer questions and guide their development progress.
