I engage with data-driven organizations to lead the discovery, development, and delivery of technology solutions that enable business automation and insights for clients, employees and partners.Prior to becoming an executive leader within marketing technology organizations, I spent several years as a software engineer and database architect, specializing in the design and development of marketing automation systems. This foundation served me very well in my career, when I later advanced into senior leadership roles. I have always had a unique ability to stay “close to the gears” of the technology and technical teams that support the businesses I engage with, which has strengthened my abilities related operational execution strategies and cross-team communications.I have served in wide ranging technical and business leadership roles within the marketing technology spectrum. I have held key responsibilities ranging from software/data engineering, data quality and integration, data administration, data center management, information security, technical project management, cross functional team leadership, and business acquisition integration. I am technically minded individual an all aspects of my life - simply put, I am driven by the challenge of understanding how complex things work, and how to maximize their capabilities.
