In charge of performing quality control, parts repair management. Review all material that has been received into warehouse. Review purchase orders using software Costpoint and Delktek PC. Maintain records of incoming and outgoing company owned material and Government property. Properly document access material returned from job installations for audit purposes. • Oversee monthly inventories of government furnished material for Naval ships, and company-owned material at warehouse location and job sites. • Accounted for and catalogued over $10 million dollars of Navy-issued property using database software and manual records. • Ship and receive government equipment to Navy shipyards and Government secured facilities. • Ability to operate forklifts and warehouse equipment. • Performing loading, unloading and moving of stocks by using hand trucks and forklifts • Maintaining proper record of outgoing and incoming stock. • Maintain control of the tool room, issue tools for job sites and maintains strict accountability when leasing tools. • Performs preventative and minor maintenance on tools and support equipment. Ensures tools and support equipment is cleaned, oiled, and serviceable. • Operate Company vehicles while logging miles and gas receipts for accounting purposes. Maintaining overall maintenance of vehicles including tires, oil levels and engine care. • Issue vehicles keys to company employees and technicians for job purposes. • Manage transport of government property • Investigates and corrects inventory discrepancies. • Keep accurate records of received material and disposition of outgoing materials. • Assure tools and instrument have up to date certified calibration for measurements and accuracy performance. Technical Skills: • Knowledge of Microsoft Word. Familiar with Microsoft Excel. • Utilize Deltek CostPoint software to manage projects, improve efficiency and profits, and meet the strict compliance and audit requirements. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
