CurrentAnalyze and Interpret Electrical Engineering Blueprints to estimate power distribution equipment costs and lead time on construction projects. Managing these projects from bid stage to, when awarded, on to project completion.Utilizing primarily Siemens take-off software and communicating with multiple manufacturers/vendors to propose a unique cost/lead time effective package per project in a formal “Switchgear Quotation” for electrical contractor bidding/buying purposes. Discrepancies in plans/specifications are avidly notated for customer clarification.Often provide technical expertise for redesign solutions within electrical engineering plans, these are pending approval Value Engineered Solutions proposed to Electrical Contractors designed to significantly expedite cost and/or lead time.Upon closing jobs, effective communication between manufacturers and vendors on equipment status is monitored and organized then relayed to customer routinely, enabling our Electrical Contractors to plan and schedule work effectively.Largest Job Closed to date: $1,246,900 03/19/24
