Experience within Rockwell's Factory Talk View HMI programming environment and in Control Logix 5000. Have completed several projects involving GE Fanuc Machine Edition, GE Logic Master, and Cimplicity. With this I have grown a strong understanding of PLC and HMI programming environments. I constantly strive to learn other programming languages as well. For example AutoIt can be really useful for creating small to large tools that can be used on an everyday basis to make my work faster and more efficient. A small tool could be something that creates a complex file structure that may be needed for new projects. While not complex it can be that one step that isn't needed every time a new project is started and saves a bit of time. A large tool could be a complex testing tool that tests your entire HMI display and creates a report of everything that succeeded and failed.I also am learning Solidworks 3D modeling and design on the side as a hobby for over a year now. I use this mostly for 3D printing and CNC work. It is a constant learning process that I hope I could involve and use in my work environment if possible. I have used this to create simple mounts for my GoPro to more complex structures like a servo controlled robotic arm that I am currently working on.
