Embedded resource for Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky (TMMK), analyzing machinery across entire facility to design, create, and implement an effective Lockout/Tagout program for TMMK. Developed and documented a safety plan, identifying requisite safety equipment, as well as procedures for safely locking out each machine. Deployed to Toyota facilities in Texas and Mississippi to develop similar initiatives, with expansion plans for facilities in Southern California and British Columbia. Currently leading team of safety engineers, holding them to the highest standard of quality, while ensuring their safety and well-being. Became leader when the Body Weld department project was 40% completed. After taking over, the Body Weld portion of the TMMK Project became 70% completed, 10% ahead of schedule.

Supervised teams of 4-16 lifeguards ranging in age from 16-30 years old. Teams were very diverse with an even mix of men and women and various ethnicities. Enforced safety regulations for 100+ patrons and maintained pool equipment and facilities. Began as a YMCA lifeguard in June 2010-May 2013. As a certified YMCA lifeguard instructor, conducted 16+ separate training sessions to certify over 100 lifeguards, stressing both swimmer safety and lifeguard safety (e.g. working with chemicals safely).

Primarily assisted Director Sensor Systems Division (SSD) in administrative duties, planning and logistics. Also supported SSD's role in the Open Skies treaty by employing analysis and mechanical engineering skills. Supported multiple UDRI Sensor Technology Group (STG) efforts with the Open Skies treaty. First designed a ground-based target to test specific resolution requirements for multiple foreign signatory cameras. Second, examined and digitally recreated a Russian viewing station. Accomplished this by examining photos and documents (In Russian), and then utilizing CAD to create the viewing station mock-up. In addition to designing both systems, constructed a Bill of Materials for both projects, with vendor information, pricing and quantities. In addition, provided planning/logistic support for the 2015 and 2016 National Aerospace and Electronics Conferences. These events significantly increased visibility for the research institute, leading to profitable partnerships.

Read and revised Standard Operating Procedures as new processes or better technologies introduced. Responsible for updating five standard operating procedures over two months. Manufactured 10 types of products for the company to sell. Assisted in reverse engineering of existing products. Accomplished by creating a mesh around existing product, then producing a fiberglass mold around the mesh. Used the fiberglass mold to make carbon fiber replications of the original product. Carried out this process three times in two months, processing half of the products that the company wanted replicated.
